People may feel disconnected from themselves because they are constantly acting in ways that don’t match their true feelings. This is why self-awareness is important.

Understanding the shadow mind does not mean expressing every thought without control. Instead, it means accepting that these thoughts exist. When we become aware of them, we can understand our emotions better. For example, if you notice jealousy in your mind, you can ask yourself why you feel that way and what you can learn from it. This turns hidden thoughts into personal growth.

Also, when we accept our own shadow mind, we become more understanding of others. We realize that everyone has unspoken thoughts, struggles, and emotions. This can make us less judgmental and more compassionate.

In simple words, the shadow mind is the silent truth inside us. It reflects our real feelings, fears, and desires. Instead of ignoring it, we should learn to understand it. By doing so, we become more honest with ourselves and live a more balanced life.
